“Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?” Mathew 6:27
**********
Ever had a day when you review the events from it over and over again in your mind?
How about planning the next day’s details? Within your imaginative mind, do you play out the day and its happenings before the day arrives?

Do you lose sleep reviewing the list of “To Do’s” over and over again? Do you feel stressed just thinking about it? (FYI, I’m fatigued just writing about it! :^)
REMEMBER: What you think about manifests itself into Reality. The laws of attraction hold true.
In addition, dwelling on past events can cause fatigue and illness. Fretting over tomorrow is wasted energy.
Your emotions are what drive the universal laws into action. Worry and concern will attract more (not less) of that emotional experience. Who needs more worry and concern? Let it go!
Unwanted thoughts may occur but you don’t have to focus on them. Gently release those thoughts as they present themselves to your mind. Observe them, but don’t give them energy via emotion.
Redirect your negative thoughts to something positive. For example, engage in an activity that will break your focus: go for a run, walk the dog, bake, clean, read, watch a funny movie, do anything to redirect your energy to a positive emotional focus.

Ever heard the phrase, “Let go and let GOD’? That’s what this means. Know that Universal Intelligence will take care of it all and you will be given whatever you need.
Let go of your worries. Focus on gratitude. Be grateful for the positives today, within this moment of NOW, and look forward to the positives making their way to you tomorrow.
This kind of approach creates strong emotional energy with a high vibration; and ultimately, that is what will attract more events into your life with even more high-powered vibrations!

“The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.” The Buddha
